My name is Tracy Blount, I am embarking on a year of living outside of my comfort zone in what I have called “Year of Fear.” I must conquer a task that makes me feel fear once per day, sharing the experiences at least once per week.
Fear: unpleasant emotion caused by anxiety surrounding the unknown outcome of an event.
When you think about it we all are living our lives in fear, in some area. Maybe you have not asked for the raise you deserve or asked the girl or guy of your dreams out. Maybe you are really scared of clowns or you’ve never gone swimming. If you have that moment where you question whats going to happen or feel like the nope gorilla then perhaps that is EXACTLY what you should be doing.
